Floor Staff – Full Time or Part Time (4 Days per Week)

Little Miss Violet Café is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Floor Staff member to join our team.

We are hiring either:
Full Time, or
Part Time (4 days per week)

Applicants must be available to work weekends.

About the Role
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders and operate the POS system
Serve food and beverages
Keep the café clean, organised, and well presented
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
Help create a positive experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For
A positive, energetic, and reliable team player
Excellent customer service skills are essential




Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café
Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred
Coffee making skills are an advantage, but not essential
