Client Services Manager - Melbourne CBDAbout the roleAn established and highly regarded boutique financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join its collaborative Melbourne CBD team.

This is a full-time, office-based chance supporting a team of Financial Advisers and playing a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end client service process, ensuring advice is implemented efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Manage client enquiries and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
Prepare client documentation, reports, correspondence and meeting packs.
Maintain accurate client records within CRM and financial planning systems.
Support Financial Advisers with the implementation of client strategies and ongoing reviews.
Coordinate with product providers and other stakeholders to facilitate advice implementation.
Monitor outstanding documentation and proactively follow up with clients and third parties.
Resolve client queries professionally while building strong, long-term relationships.




Work collaboratively with Advisers and support staff to ensure efficient advice delivery.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in client service processes and operational efficiency.

About you

To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a Client Services Manager, Client Services Officer or Associate Adviser role within financial planning or wealth management.
Strong understanding of the financial advice process and client administration.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail with solid organisational and time management abilities.
Experience using financial planning CRM systems such as Xplan or similar.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
