We're looking for a Café All-Rounder who understands that hospitality is more than taking orders and running food. It's about creating a outstanding experience, working as part of a team, and staying calm when things get busy.

The reality of the role:
There are days of Early starts.
Weekend shifts are part of the deal.
Fast-paced services and busy periods.
You'll be expected to think ahead and take initiative.

If you need constant direction or prefer quiet, slow-paced environments, this probably isn't the role for you.

What you'll actually be doing:
Greeting customers and taking orders.
Running food and drinks during busy service.
Handling the register and processing payments.
Keeping tables clean, stocked, and ready to go.
Helping wherever needed to keep service flowing.

What we're looking for:
Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience (not essential, but preferred).
Friendly, confident,



and genuinely enjoys customer service.
Can stay organised and productive during a rush.
Uses initiative and notices what needs doing.
Reliable, punctual, and works well in a team.
