About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our rapid-growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will assist clients with daily activities, helping them live safely and independently at home.
This role requires 6 hours per week:
Wednesday 10AM-12PM
Friday 8 AM-12PM
We offer travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.
Your Responsibilities
Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
Offer social support and respite care
Transport clients to appointments
Maintain accurate care records
Your Background
The ideal candidate is fluent in German and compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance Certificate
Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
Smartphone
Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
