Eden Academy Morphett Vale is seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our thriving 111-place service operating at 100% occupancy.

This is an opportunity for a confident leader who has successfully managed a large service, enjoys mentoring high-performing teams and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for children, families and educators.

About You
You're a proven Centre Director who:
Has 2–3 years' experience successfully leading an Early Childhood service
Has experience managing a large, high-occupancy centre
Leads with confidence, kindness and integrity
Builds engaged, high-performing teams




Creates robust relationships with families and the local community
Is passionate about coaching educators and developing future leaders

Essential Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates
Full Australian working rights
