Supervise the daily operations across assigned sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Recruit, train, mentor, and support cleaning staff.
Prepare staff rosters and manage shift allocations.
Provide backup shift coverage when staff are absent or additional support is required.
Meet with clients to discuss service delivery, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate and deliver cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and PPE to sites.
Ensure all staff comply with company policies, WHS requirements, and protected work procedures.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, incidents, and client complaints promptly.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Ensure all work is completed within allocated hours while maintaining quality standards.
Complete site reports, audits, incident reports, and other operational documentation.
Assist with mobilising current contracts and training recent employees.
Maintain stock levels and ensure sites are adequately supplied at all times.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
