Your Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll play an important part in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your dedication and eye for detail will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standard
Maintain public areas and hotel facilities in excellent condition
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
Complete daily tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Restock room amenities and cleaning supplies
Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience (preferred)
Basic to conversational English for guest communication
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Morning shift availability is essential
Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
