Key Responsibilities

As part of the IOMI team, you will:
Deliver professional, high-quality treatments with a strong focus on client care and attention to detail.
Maintain excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced, high-end setting.
Ensure treatment rooms and shared spaces are kept clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times.




Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously improve skills and service standards.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of treatments and products, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Present yourself in a skilled, well-groomed manner in line with spa standards.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who:
Have conversational English communication skills.
Are confident working in a fast-paced, service-focused workplace.
Have a warm, friendly personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team.

Salary & Benefits
Weekly Earnings: Approx. $1,000 – $1,200 (based on a 4-day schedule)
Spa Therapist: $33.00 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience, demand, and scheduled bookings, plus daily allowances and tips)
Remedial Massage Therapist: Higher earning potential based on qualifications and experience
