About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Service Technician to join our growing team.
This is a field-based role servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines at customer sites as well as in our warehouse. You will diagnose faults, complete preventative maintenance, install equipment and provide qualified support to our customers.
The role will suit someone with previous coffee industry experience who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Service and repair commercial coffee machines and related equipment.
Diagnose mechanical,
electrical and hydraulic faults.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance.
Install and commission new coffee equipment.
Maintain accurate service records and parts usage.
Communicate clearly with customers and provide practical equipment advice.
Manage daily service jobs efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked service vehicle.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines or within the coffee equipment industry.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.
Full Australian working rights.
Current Australian driver’s licence.
