Key responsibilities
Manage and strengthen a diverse portfolio of client relationships
Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements
Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Support the firm’s strategic initiatives and contribute to business growth

What you need to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
CA qualified
Minimum 5 years experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or reputable firm
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
