Caffe Rosso Bowral is an Italian inspired restaurant in Bowral, NSW, offering a truly unique dining experience with contemporary Italian cuisine that is both delicious and affordable. Caffe Rosso Bowral is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the business.
Duties to be performed:
· Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef
· Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner
· Managing budget and cash deck transactions,
· Meeting and coordinating with suppliers and vendors, in alignment with the business' budget and quality standards.
· Ordering stock and goods.
· Ensuring all areas are organized and well presented in according to the health and safety policies and procedures,
· Hiring and training recent staff and managing the rosters
· Managing and addressing customers’ complaints and suggestions.
Requirements
· The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience
· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $73,000 – 80,000 per year depending on experience
