Seoul Garden Epping FOH

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Seoul Garden Docklands.

Key Sections:

Floor
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Thorough understanding of our menu, buffet, and BBQ concepts.
Manage floor operations during service.
Complete opening and closing procedures.

Bar
Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
Understand our drinks menu and ingredients.
Complete bar opening and closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels.

Reception
Manage bookings and seating arrangements.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Process payments and reservations.
Complete reception opening and closing procedures.

Requirements
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above (or excellent spoken and written English).
Available to work a minimum of 4 full days per week, preferbaly able to work Mon - Wed.
Good understanding of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal,



and food allergies.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.
Able to work efficiently under pressure with a robust sense of urgency.
Excellent observation and attention to detail.
A positive, optimistic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A reliable team player who leads by example and supports colleagues.
