About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Heavy Diesel Mechanic – Material Handling to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Monday to Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm), this role involves a mix of workshop and field service work across our hire fleet and customer equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of material handling and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service and repair forklifts, container handlers, reach stackers and related equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
Attend breakdowns and customer callouts
Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
Work closely with operations and parts teams
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:




Relevant trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience
Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Current driver’s licence (MR preferred)
Forklift licence (desirable or willingness to obtain)

Salary:

$85,000 – $110,000 per annum + super + company vehicle + fuel card
(Salary dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $96,400.00 – $110,000.00 per year
