We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker to provide support to a participant in Chermside.
Essential Requirements:
Female support worker
Current Australian Driver Licence
Reliable, fully insured vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (if applicable)
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, compassionate, and qualified
Support Required:
Community Access Support (CAS)
Assisting with community participation and appointments
Providing person-centred support while promoting independence
