Lead and manage all staff performance

Oversee daily operations, systems, and reporting

Experienced Gym Manager (desirable)
Solid leader with presence and authority
Commercially driven — you understand numbers and KPIs
Highly organised and process-driven
Confident handling difficult situations and making decisions
Passionate about delivering a premium member experience
