VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our QLD branch, Rydaba Pty Ltd (associated entity) t/a Vapiano, located at Cavill Avenue.

Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant full-time work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality environment
A relevant Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management or a closely related field
Ability to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Experience in supervising staff, managing rosters, and supporting team performance
Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Experience in monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
Ability to maintain operational standards,



including workplace health and safety requirements
Robust organisational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Position Details:
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Annual salary of $75,000 – $85,000 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
