Job Description: Hotel Manager

Tasks & responsibilities
Manage and grow the business through the effective application of the Quest franchise system, maximizing profitability, occupancy rates, and return on investment for the Franchisee.
Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor business performance against budgets and financial targets,



implementing strategies to improve revenue, control costs, and optimize occupancy levels.
Ensure compliance with Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including staff training, performance management, and workplace safety standards.
Prepare and deliver regular operational and financial reports to franchise stakeholders, reviewing business performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial administration in line with company policies.
Foster robust customer service standards, respond to guest feedback, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1) Diploma in Hospitality Management

2) 2 years of experience;

Annual salary: $79,500 + superannuation (38 hours per week)

Pay: $79,500.00 per year
