Alliance Group are currently seeking Labourers/Trades Assistants to join our team in the Mining and Construction industries in the Hunter Valley/Newcastle Area. The ideal candidates will have a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on recent challenges.

Responsibilities:
Perform general labour tasks such as carrying materials and using hand tools
Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and machinery
Operate machinery under the supervision of a skilled operator
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a protected work environment
Maintain a clean and organised work site
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites




Construction or mining industry experience is preferred but not required
