We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Aspect Furniture Pty Ltd in Kemps Creek, NSW. This full time role will involve supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely distribution of our products to customers across Australia.
What you'll be doing
Pick, prepare, and dispatch contracts accurately and on time.
Follow production and installation schedules to meet delivery targets.
Manage outwards goods, ensuring stock is correctly collated, labelled, packaged, and dispatched.
Receive, inspect, and receipt all incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records for dispatched and received stock.
Keep dispatch, inwards goods, and warehouse areas clean, organised, and effective in line with 5S principles.
Perform regular stock checks and investigate any variances.
Communicate dispatch and tracking information to relevant internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
Positive physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Forklift license (desirable)
A positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player
