O BAGEL is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All Rounder Team Leader to join our team at Oasis Shopping Centre, Broadbeach.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, leads by example, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will:
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead and support the team during busy service periods.
Open and close the store.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Train and mentor new team members.
Help create a positive and motivating workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous hospitality and barista experience (essential).
Leadership or supervisory experience.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to stay calm under pressure.
Solid initiative and problem-solving skills.
Reliability, punctuality and accountability.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
