The Role: Solo Casual Cleaning Specialist
Drive a company service vehicle to clean commercial offices and residential areas independently. This role requires adaptable availability for short-notice shifts and the ability to maintain zero-defect standards with no direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Execute Solo: Clean commercial and residential sites to expert standards using our mandatory workflow.
Problem Solve: Handle site access and operational roadblocks on your own without handholding.
Maintain Gear & Vehicle: Respect and maintain your assigned company vehicle, tools, and chemicals safely.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Licence: Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean record.
Work Rights: Full legal right to work in Australia.
Availability & Fitness:
Physically fit and ready for agile, short-notice shift call-outs.
