Base salary $76,600 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts.

We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Current Brighton Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.

Located right on beautiful Manly Beach, the Current Brighton Hotel is an iconic, four‑story hospitality destination. Our multi‑level venue features a high‑volume sports bar showcasing live entertainment, a dedicated Balcony Bar boasting the largest craft beer selection on the Northern Beaches, and a stunning Rooftop Garden Bar with panoramic ocean views. Just a short walk from the Manly Ferries, we offer a fast‑paced, premium coastal working workplace.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).



Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You
You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
You’ve learned from outstanding managers and now you’re ready to step up
You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
