The Co-Group are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join a support team assisting an adult female participant in Banora Point.

The participant requires daily in-home support following a recent hospital admission. Support workers will assist with personal care, mobility, catheter care, meal support, and daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Shifts
Availability required across 7 days per week
Between 6:00am and 10:00pm
Split shifts may apply

Key Responsibilities
Personal care including showering, dressing, and continence support
Catheter care (training provided)
Hoist transfers and protected manual handling
Assistance with meals and daily living activities
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes

Requirements
Valid Driver's Licence
Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You




NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
