We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with solid expertise in VisionPLUS to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications for VisionPLUS implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, etc.)
Translate requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams for solution design
Conduct gap analysis between business needs and VisionPLUS capabilities
Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operations
Provide subject matter expertise on VisionPLUS functionalities and best practices
Assist in UAT planning, execution,



and defect resolution
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in card and payment systems

Required Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, etc.)
Proven track record as a Business Analyst in cards and payments domain
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solution
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and settlement
Familiarity with integration of VisionPLUS with external systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
