About the role:

We are currently seeking a Landscape Team Leader to join our growing team in Bunbury and Australind region. You'll play an significant role in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across a variety of commercial sites.

What You'll Be Doing:
Maintaining turf, gardens and irrigation systems
Operating ride-on and push mowers, brush cutters, blowers and other powered equipment
Assisting with basic traffic management requirements
Identifying and managing pests and plant diseases
Delivering exceptional workmanship while meeting project timeframes
Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive team

What You'll Bring:
Experience in landscape maintenance,



parks & gardens or horticulture (preferred)
Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment
Full Australian Drivers Licence and White Card
Full working rights in Australia
Reliable, motivated and committed to producing quality work
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Highly Regarded (but not essential):
A trade qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
Current Manual Driver's Licence
First Aid Certificate
