We are seeking an experienced cook/sandwich hand to join our bakery cafe team

The role focuses on the preparation and cooking of high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a spotless workspace and equipment.

You will need to be able to work efficiently during high volume periods and deadlines.

Working in a quick-paced environment where you will focus your time in creating and assembling sandwiches made fresh to order and grab and go.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn more but also contribute to menu creation an execution. Exposure to pastry department where you will also be required to assist on down times.

Wednesday to Sundays 6am to 2pm

Who we are looking for:

Previous experience as a cook in a quick-paced environment

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Solid work ethic and reliable

Good time management and organisational skills

Food safety knowledge

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
