About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Architectural Representative to join our growing Queensland team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and key decision-makers to drive specification and project opportunities. You will play a key role in growing Lavistone’s presence within the architectural and design community while managing projects from specification through to completion. We are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term career prospect and is passionate about growing with the business.
In this role you will:
· Develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and builders
· Identify and secure new project prospects through specification
· Manage projects from specification stage through to final completion
· Promote Lavistone products through presentations, meetings, and showroom visits
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
· Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming projects
· Attend industry events and networking opportunities
About You
· Experience working with architects and designers (stone, surfaces, interiors, or construction preferred)
· Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
· A proactive and self-driven approach to business development
· Current driver’s licence
