About the company

About the role
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a small portfolio. This role focuses on mentoring junior staff, improving portfolio health, implementing systems, and setting the department up for scalable growth.
Duties
Lead daily PM operations and workflow
Mentor and develop junior property managers
Implement systems, audits and best-practice processes
Oversee portfolio health, arrears and retention
Report on KPIs and performance metrics
Skills & experience
Senior Property Manager or Head of Department background
Strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
Ability to mentor and lift team performance
Process driven
SA real estate licence essential
