About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Photography Assistant to support our studio operations. This role combines customer service, photoshoot assistance, and social media content preparation. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client while supporting behind-the-scenes production and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the photographer during photoshoots to ensure a smooth workflow
Support client preparation and studio setup
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio
Prepare photos and content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Xiaohongshu/Red Book)
Ensure content is aligned with the studio’s branding and style

Social Media & Influencer Collaboration:
Research and identify suitable influencers, bloggers, and TikTok creators aligned with the studio’s brand
Reach out to potential collaborators via email or direct message for partnerships and promotions
Build and maintain a contact list of influencers across Instagram, TikTok,



and Xiaohongshu
Assist in coordinating collaboration shoots and content creation

Requirements:
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Red Book)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
