About the role:
Operate and monitor processing plant areas including crushing, grinding, repulping circuit, carbon-in-pulp (CIP) leaching tanks
Perform plant startups, shutdowns and changeovers according to standard operating procedures
Monitor plant equipment performance & fault finding, identifying wear, blockages or abnormalities

About you:
Previous experience as an Operator with processing and monitoring exposure preferred but not required.
Must be fit to perform physical work and be comfortable to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Robust technical ability,



problem-solving skills, & attention to detail.
Positive attitude with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be comfortable working in a hazardous workplace. Wearing task appropriate PPE, clean shave policy applies
