About the role:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Maintain knowledge of products, current sales and promotions, policies regarding sales/exchange, safety and company security practices.
Correctly calculate pricing and communicate this to customers.
Correctly complete job cards/paperwork for each vehicle.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products as required.
Describe products and explain product benefits, variations and options to customers.
Ticket, arrange and display products to promote sales as required.
Maintain good housekeeping standards in your work area.
Ensure stock is available before arranging final purchase and completion of job cards/paperwork.
Sell and arrange delivery of phone orders by completing paperwork correctly and accurately.
Keep the customer informed if delays occur.



Also follow up customers regarding take away orders
Provide service excellence to customers at all times. Offer complimentary beverage when something goes wrong and it’s the Companies fault.

What you'll need to get the role :
Be a proactive and driven individual who works well within a team and has a 'customer comes first' attitude
Have a passion for selling - both FACE TO FACE and on the TELEPHONE.
Provide service excellence by solving customer problems and providing sales solutions
Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers
Tyre and/or wheel sales experience preferred but NOT essential.
Pay rate: Base rate + overtime + superannuation
