We’re currently looking for a Finance Process & Controls Analyst to join our ePMO & Continuous Improvement team on a 6-month fixed term contract .
This role will play an important part in supporting our Finance team following a recent audit, with a solid focus on reviewing existing finance processes, identifying control gaps and risks, and helping embed stronger governance, documentation and operational controls across the business.
Working closely with Finance, Risk, Technology and business stakeholders, you’ll map current-state finance processes, identify inefficiencies and manual workarounds, and help design practical, sustainable improvements that strengthen the overall control workplace.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to:
Review and document end-to-end finance processes and controls
Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement
Develop process maps using BPMN 2.0 methodology
Create SOPs and supporting governance documentation
Support remediation activities and audit findings
Help embed practical, fit-for-purpose controls into business processes and systems
Provide clear recommendations and reporting for leadership and governance forums
About You
You’re an experienced finance governance, controls, audit or risk professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and practical improvements into complex environments. You’re confident engaging stakeholders, asking the right questions, and balancing detail with commercial outcomes.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in finance governance, controls, audit or risk settings
Strong process mapping capability (BPMN 2.0 preferred)
Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite or Microsoft D365
Strong analytical and documentation skills
The ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Risk and operational teams
CA/CPA qualifications (or working towards) will be highly regarded
