The purpose of this rapid-paced, diverse, and challenging role is to provide technical support to the Sales team and customers to select product and develop quotes for projects and tenders.
Key responsibilities
Review project and product specifications, select product, and provide quotes within relevant time frames and other project parameters to customers.
Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.
Provide product information – including data, product brochures, etc. – upon request.
Give advice and guidance on technical queries to both internal and external customers.
Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Assist Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.
About you
Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent qualification, or HVAC trade qualification.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Previous experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications.
Previous experience working within HVAC sales, engineering or consultancy.
High level of organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
