A Kitchen Steward is needed to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru. This role supports the steward team in a fast-paced kitchen setting to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. The position offers training and opportunities to grow within the resort.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all equipment, food storage areas, filters, and hoods.
Maintain kitchen areas in a clean, sanitised condition.
Keep all equipment in the Steward’s area in valuable condition.
Clean and maintain the loading dock and manage rotation and cleaning of bins.
