Reporting to the Project Manager, the Environment and Community Adviser will provide robust leadership skills, technical advice, and manage environmental and community stakeholders, groups, and events.

Responsibilities
Providing leadership to drive excellence in workplace and community engagement.
Provide technical advice and operational support.
Onsite environmental and community stakeholder activities across the underground, surface and CHPP areas.
Offsite stakeholder management activities.
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Planning and implementation of land disturbance, pest control, auditing systems and performance monitoring.
Initiatives to progress responsible mining.
Organising and facilitating community reference groups, events, forums, and partnership projects.

About you
High organisational, target-based abilities.
You will be able to demonstrate your commitment to a high performing safety culture.
Relevant tertiary education.
Previous experience in the industry.
High levels of interpersonal,



communication and leadership skills.
