As a Barista at our North Sydney Shoppingworld location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This permanent, full-time position within the Defence & Military sector requires a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will support our commitment to quality and excellence in service.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
Engage with customers to provide a friendly and productive service
Handle cash and card transactions accurately




Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Assist in training recent staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques
