An exciting chance within our Legal Project Management team for a Senior Reporting Analyst - Projects .
This role supports financial reporting and matter management for large legal projects, working closely with legal teams to deliver financial tracking, forecasts, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of Legal Project Management and Pricing to enhance pricing strategies and project delivery through high-quality reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Provide project administrative support using software tools like Excel and MS Project.
Create bespoke financial reports for stakeholders, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Partner with legal teams and business units.
Assist with complex client reporting requirements, mainly using advanced Excel skills.
Contribute to pitches and tenders.
Support the implementation of Legal Project Management methodology across the firm.
Required skills and experience:
Experience as a business analyst or project accountant.
Understanding of large-scale project delivery in skilled services (legal, finance, engineering).
Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
