Who This Is For

You'll likely suit this role if you:
Have around 4–5 years' experience as a structural drafter
Hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, or a building design qualification
Are based on the northern side of Brisbane, or happy to commute there (easy parking on site)
Want more responsibility and growth, not just more of the same
Want autonomy and flexibility — not rigid hierarchy
