Responsibilities
Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest welcomes.
Acknowledging and prioritizing IHG Rewards Club members as InterContinental Ambassadors, and ensuring guests are served in person or over the phone.
Handling guest bookings, suggesting upgrades, and promoting amenities.
Managing and receiving cash and credit payments efficiently for guest bookings.
Facilitating a swift and seamless check‑in and check‑out process.
Addressing guest needs to anticipate requests and provide tailored recommendations.
Maintaining a skilled appearance and embodying brand values.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
Problem‑solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
Flexibility to work various shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Basic literacy and tech‑savvy ability in reading, writing,
and computer use.
English fluency is preferred.
Full Australian working rights.
