About the role

Reporting to the parts team, you'll be the go-to person for getting the right part into the right hands. Day to day, you'll be:
Interpreting and supplying agricultural spare parts accurately and efficiently
Delivering high-quality service to customers at the counter and over the phone
Managing parts enquiries, orders, and stock control




Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day parts operations

About you
Hands-on experience with parts systems and catalogues
Robust communication and customer service skills
Well organised, reliable, and comfortable in a rapid-paced setting
Mechanical or machinery knowledge highly regarded
An LF forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)
