Position Summary

Administrator/Coordinator – 12 month fixed term contract within the People Systems Solutions team (Workday & Springboard).

Responsibilities
Manage the People Systems Inbox and respond with solutions or raise tickets.
Support projects related to People Systems.
Provide functional training and advice to HR teams.
Manage the HR Systems Hub and associated documents.
Conduct data audits and produce reports.
Handle other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications
Experience as an HR Administrator/Coordinator.
Interest in HR systems and ability to use Workday and Springboard.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage high volume of routine and ambiguous tasks autonomously.
Team player who builds solid cross-functional relationships, including with virtual teams, and can proactively troubleshoot issues.
