Pharmacy 4 Less Belmont are looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to come and join our team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to team members within the Pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer service.
Continuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales.
Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organising and implementing promotional activities to maximise sales.
Ensure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly, clean and tidy manner according merchandising standards.
Make an ongoing effort to extend and increase our selling skills, product knowledge and customer care.
Delegate tasks to all team on a daily basis to ensure all systems are in place and ensure customer service is at a high level.
Rostering for the team and ensuring you maintain your allocated wage budget per month.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate team management & staff compliance with the QCPP Policies and Procedures.




Be fully trained in Point of Sale system
Work to set budgets for the store and implement strategies to achieve desired results.

Key Skills and Attributes:
Coach and mentor staff to work at a high level and ensure all staff are trained on products in store along with company policies and procedures.
Have a high level of business acumen.
Performance management and staff development.

Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
Sound understanding of pharmacy operations great but not essential
Experience in leading a team
High level computer skills.
Point of Sale and dispense program knowledge outstanding but no essential
Pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential as we provide ongoing training and support.
