Fixed Term – Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week

Your Role

As a Trainee Educator, you’ll support children through play-based learning and help create a protected,



nurturing workplace for growth and discovery. You’ll work closely with experienced educators and contribute to daily routines and programming while completing your studies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting play-based learning experiences that foster development.
Assisting in planning and implementing daily programs.
Creating a safe, inclusive and child-safe learning environment.
Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.
Embodying professionalism and a commitment to child safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Commitment to completing your Certificate III qualification.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced team.
A transparent understanding of child safety and a willingness to uphold best practices.
