About the role

You’ll be a key part of our busy cafe floor, jumping in wherever you’re needed, whether that’s behind the espresso machine, serving guests, or keeping the space running smoothly with a smile. As we continue to grow, so will your responsibilities.

What we’re looking for
A genuine focus on the customer experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves happy.
A team first attitude, someone who communicates well, supports their colleagues, and brings good energy to every shift
2 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant workplace, with solid coffee and barista skills
The ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly in a quick-paced setting
Someone ambitious and eager to develop, with a genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role over time
