The Salvation Army is seeking a Casual Assertive Outreach Support Worker to provide nightly roving outreach across the Perth CBD, engaging with adults who may be intoxicated, distressed or disconnected from support. You will assess immediate needs and link to services, including hospital diversion work with East Metro health teams.

You will maintain records, collaborate with hospitals and external agencies, and contribute to a protected, respectful team setting.
