This role will suit an ambitious Financial Accountant who wants broader exposure, leadership responsibility and the prospect to influence decision-making across the business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance function, mentoring team members, driving process improvements and delivering meaningful financial insights to senior stakeholders.

The Role
Prepare monthly management reporting and financial analysis
Assist with financial control, compliance and governance activities
Support tax compliance obligations including BAS and statutory reporting
Partner with stakeholders across operations and commercial teamsLead and develop finance team members




Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

About You
Background in Financial Accounting (typically 5 years)
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, inventory-based or product-focused environments preferred
Leadership experience or explicit leadership potential
Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
CPA or CA qualified
