W&Co; Search is inviting expressions of interest from experienced executives and senior leaders seeking interim opportunities across the Victorian public sector. We regularly partner with local government, statutory authorities and publicly funded organisations to support transitions, major projects, and leadership gaps.

Whether your background is in corporate services, infrastructure delivery, economic development, governance, community services or strategy and transformation, we are keen to hear from leaders with a proven ability to step into complex settings and quickly add value. Many of our interim assignments are project-based, involve critical change leadership,



or serve as stabilisation appointments while permanent recruitment processes are underway.
