Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
Coach, train and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
Manage the restaurant’s P&L; and monitor financial performance
Uphold company procedures, safety, and brand standards
Lead by example and embody the GYG culture in all activities
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
Previous success in meeting KPI’s
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
