Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained workplace every day.

In this Role, You’ll
Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and elevate issues to trades when needed.




Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
