What you'll do:
Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications and services.
Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational tooling aligned with SRE best practices.
Develop automation solutions, scripts, and reusable tools to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
Participate in incident response, production support, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to drive continuous reliability improvements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability frameworks, automation capabilities,



and operational best practices into applications and platforms.
Support highly available production environments through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and on‑call participation.
